Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Director
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Director leads the recruitment efforts at EcoClimate Vision to attract and retain top talent for the organization. They oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding new team members. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing relationships with external talent sources. The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Director will also design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success and aligned with the organization's culture and values. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:leading the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Department harboring all VP HR & Recruitments from the various countries. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Managing job postings, candidate sourcing, and talent pipelines. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit. Coordinating hiring processes, including offer negotiations and background checks. Designing and delivering onboarding programs to introduce new hires to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures. Providing ongoing support and guidance to new hires to facilitate their integration and success. Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to assess staffing needs and develop workforce plans. Tracking recruitment metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with external talent sources, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional network. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Deputy Country Representatives and Volunteers Director
The Deputy Country Representatives and Volunteers Director at EcoClimate Vision is responsible for managing relationships with country representatives in various countries and coordinating volunteer activities. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with country representatives and volunteers, coordinating activities in the Country Representatives and Volunteers Department which harbors all Country Directors from the various countries, and providing guidance and support to volunteers. The CRs & Vs Director will work closely with the Core Team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives and foster a sense of community and belonging among volunteers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to establishing and maintaining relationships with country representatives and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Coordinating recruitment, training, and development activities for volunteers, including orientation sessions, skills training, and leadership development programs. Facilitating communication and collaboration among country representatives and volunteers to foster a sense of community and belonging. Monitoring volunteer engagement and performance and implementing strategies to enhance volunteer satisfaction and retention. Managing country representatives database, tracking their hours and contributions, and generating reports to assess Country Representatives impact and effectiveness. Representing EcoClimate Vision at conferences, events, and community outreach activities to promote volunteer opportunities and engage with potential volunteers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in volunteer management, and a passion for community engagement. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire others to get involved in the organization's mission and activities.
Deputy Grants, Development and Partnership Director
As the Deputy Director for Grants, Development & Partnerships at EcoClimate Vision, you will support the organization's growth by assisting with funding strategies, partnerships, and grant compliance. This role involves researching funding opportunities, aiding in grant proposal preparation, and managing relationships with grant providers. You'll also contribute to monitoring grant compliance and coordinating reporting requirements. A key aspect of this position is collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and businesses to build partnerships that enhance EcoClimate Vision's reach. By working closely with the Grants, Development & Partnership Director and other senior leaders, you will help develop sustainable fundraising plans and ensure the financial health of the organization. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
